When we embarked on our project, we contacted several builders for quotes. Some ignored us, and others failed to turn up for appointments. RBX were different. They turned up on time, discussed everything with us, and submitted his quote when he said he would. We were impressed and employed them to build an extension to the rear of our house, and have not been disappointed. We found the whole team extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend RBX Construction. Right from the start the level of customer service was excellent. They respond quickly to your queries and are so approachable. Throughout our build the site manager was easily contactable, put your mind at ease and was honest and straight forward to deal with. His team are professional, friendly and a delight to have on site. They keep the site clean and tidy everyday. The site manager is a fantastic project manager and if you let him do his job you will have an amazing home at the end of it all. We cannot thank him enough.

Was so pleased with previous work carried out by RBX on my property, had no hesitation in getting the guys back to take down front garden wall and build a new one. Everything went smoothly and so happy with the new wall. Jay went the extra mile to source the reclaim capstones which were just what I was looking for.

The best builders I have ever had do a job at my house!! The team turned up when they said they would...both to do the quote and the actual work. If they were delayed e.g. traffic, he rang ahead to advise me. He was very contactable (phone/email/text). I recieved a full quote and agreements were written down as to any upfront costs. (This was 50% after half the job was done and the rest upon completion). Jason and his team were very polite and professional...asking permission to enter my house to get water and if I wanted them to wear shoe covers. My wall looks great!
